My truck broke down on a trip from Florida to Michigan, at 5pm on the day before July 4th. The entire staff assisted. The service department tried to resolve the issue, which wasn't really repairable. So, we walked onto the sales floor, met Ricky, and I couldn't have been treated better. He knew we were in an impossible spot and I stead of taking advantage of us dove into help. We found something prefect as a replacement on the lot, and with the help of Tony and Rodney we were out of the door at 8.30, 2 hours after the dealership was supposed to close. I can't say enough about the sincerity, kindness and helpfulness of this team, especially Ricky. I've been in many dealerships and very very few could ever match up to this experience.
